After its establishment, Medbury soon became conscious of the importance of the continuing goodwill and interest of its old boys in the school through an Old Boys’ Association. The organisation today boasts 1,200 members, sends out regular newsletters and holds functions, including an annual dinner. The interest and loyalty of Medbury old boys, together with that of parents, largely determines the financial, sporting and academic success of the school.
The President of the Medbury Old Boys' Association is Harry Wigely, and the Deputy is Tim Daley. They can be contacted via oldboys@medbury.school.nz.
